Tired of not being taken seriously
They just don't get it. Stop calling us on the landline that doesn't work, told them 4,3,2,1 years ago, weeks ago at the service table, still not listening. Just got brand new tires 3 months ago and now u want to charge us to " check them". Received an estimate for previous work, then got a new estimate and you combined the 2 for a total of $800 more then required. Double quote added. The service at the desk is brutal, always made to feel like a second hand citizen. If we would of known how poorly the service and treatment would of been before hand then we would of gone elsewhere. I know it's Sherwood park but come on! I thought customer service didn't have an address. Looking to sell this honda( bought new!) ASAP due to your lack of caring. Brutal
