For most parts excellent.
Experience while buying car was excellent. Getting a new update for GPS was an ordeal. When asked if they would update the navigation in the 2017Accord, we told there computers we too slow, didn't have enough data on office computers to do it. In end was told make appointment with the service department as it would take a technician to install it. After a number of tries a non-technician (me) got it installed.
