I feel that my salesman, Todd, provided me with excellent service. The financial lady, whose name I forget was not so efficient. I had to point out her error with respect to the price. She also charged me a transfer fee by mistake evidently and when I expressed concern, Todd brought out the manager, Sandy who was extremely anxious to make up for the error. I would definitely ask for Todd when making another purchase and advise my family and friends to do the same.
