I was given wrong estimate about the waiting period so that they could avoid sending me in a shuttle. I was told that they will finish my work in an hour but they took almost 5 hours.i had to arrange for emergency day care for my child. I asked them again about shuttle after about 2 hours and then they provided it basically ruining my whole day and myself paying extra bills for daycare.
