Oil change took longer than promised
I was told that drop off was at 5 pm and pickup was at 5:45.
I was there by 5 pm, but the car wasn't ready until 6:10 pm.
25 minutes may not sound like much, but I had other plans that evening, and I felt rushed getting to my event.
