Our sales associate was terrific and make us feel appreciated and valued. However we did not have the same experience with our financial associate. He was rude and pushy and would not take no for an answer. He did not go over a breakdown of the vehicles cost and coverage. It was just sign here, and we'll fill the rest in later for you, by which time it is really too late to make any changes or adjustments. What started out as a positive experience turned negative in a hurry.
