A red light was on and I brought my Civic into the dealership. The staff were out of this world! They couldn't do enough for me. They are sincere honest people who truly care ... and it shows. It was just before the long weekend and parts had to be ordered from Toronto. You could tell that they respected each other's experience and expertise. They worked as a Team. ... no egos. Just watching and listening to them quietly problem solve with my best interest at heart ... was eye opening. They loaned me a car for the weekend ...
