My overall experience was very good.

Car in for "A" Service. Greeted in parking lot by valet parking gentlemen. Very friendly. Went inside to register car for confirmed appointment. Arranged for shuttle pick up for 3:00 pm. At 2:50 pm received a phone call from Honda that my car wasn't ready yet, actually not even in garage yet and I will have to wait a bit when I get there. Ok. Picked up at 3:00 pm. Did not like shuttle driver. Pulled out of parking lot and cut off 3 lanes of traffic. Scared the $&@! Out of me. He wasn't friendly, he wasn't unfriendly. Was grossing me out, checking out his finger nails and then proceeding to bite them every chance he had. Did not feel safe with his driving. Got to Honda and had to wait almost another hour before my car was ready. Staff was super awesome. That was a saving factor. I don't mind waiting 20 minutes - half hour, but not a total of 1.5 hrs. From time I was picked up by shuttle till the time my car was ready. And I've had a lot of shuttle drivers, because I use that service all the time, but this one really turned me off and feel uncomfortable with his driving. I do love Honda vehicles, this is our third one, and I push Honda to all my friends and family when they are looking for a new car.
