The staff were very friendly and helpful but the experience was frustrating.
Kara was lovely and very professional and did all she could to keep me aware of the status of my car's repair.
I had contacted Palladino Honda to arrange servicing for two recalls on my vehicle. Parts had to be ordered and i was to be called when they came in. I didn't receive a call so recontacted Palladino's to book servicing.
On the day of my servicing, I was required to leave my car at Palladino's all day for repairs that took approximately half an hour.
There wasn't a shuttle available to take me to where i needed to go unless i was able to wait for 45 minutes. I opted to pay for a taxi instead.
I was able to arrange a shuttle to pick me up to bring me back to pick up my car and the driver was very friendly, the vehicle was clean...
When I arrived to pick up my car at the end of the day, I had to wait another 45 minutes because the car hadn't been in for servicing yet.
