My only complaint was getting info on when my van would be ready. This would have been helpful because of my work hours and trying to arrange a ride to HM. I was told by a sales clerk it would be ready on Monday and when I phoned I was asked WHO told me that....What was their name and because it wasn't ready This is Why I should not have been given that time frame. I had no problem with the wait I just needed to know so I could set up a ride.
