I have had to bring my 2009 santa fe in for maintenance now on several occasions. Jessica has always provided me with great customer service and she truly cares about the customer's needs. She has dealt with my questions / concerns professionally so that I can make an informed decision. She has a very friendly and helpful attitude. She always makes every effort to ensure that my concerns are met. On the latest visit, I was provided with a courtesy vehicle to ensure that my day proceeded seamlessly while my vehicle was in for maintenance. Truly appreciated that.
