Was good but not "excellent". Good - salespersons knowledge and responsiveness. Not so good - multiple calls between he and I when I very clearly indicated I was telling him my "final offer" via email right from the beginning. Pick up: Your Kanata location has a great pick up experience because it's indoors! I was snowing / raining on pickup - doing that inside would be nice.
