Factory recall
Took the vehicle in for a factory recall, with an appointment booked one week in advance.
They had the vehicle for three days, waiting for parts! The parts should have been on site!
To give them their due, they did have to order additional parts, however the time line seemed excessive, and I should point out I was given A "free" tail light bulb for my inconvenience.
This is the reason I stay away from dealer service as a rule, unless I'm under warranty, in which case I have no option!
