Bravo Damien Lavallee on running a great service department.....Thank you.
With Damien's help we were able to sort out a few ongoing glitches on my 2015 Genesis that Hyundai Canada did not respond to on my Blind Spot Detection fiasco!
When I approached Richard Eccleston the general manager on the ongoing problem with the B.S.D. unit he dealt with the issue immediately in a very professional manner!
Thanks to both Richard and Damien hopefully this ongoing problem will be a bygone issue.
