Efficient and helpful. Always good advice, specifically for my vehicle which is now at over 10yrs old and 150K+ kms.

I also had a grinding noise in the front driver side when turning, tech told me it was a bent plate due to a rock or other debris getting lodged in there, bent plate back at no charge and no more grinding.
