My 1st car purchase in 15 years. He was able to ensure the car I received was perfectly new / unused with the interior shipping plastic still in the car and only 11 kms on the odometer. He was responsive to my phone calls and personally drove the car to fill tank with gas prior to my pick-up. He recognized I was a cautious and picky customer and wanted to assure me the car was not raced, abused, or had anyone joy-ride in it. He also arranged the car to arrive on a trailer rather than have it driven to the dealership in Ottawa, from Montreal.
