Dan was prompt professional and courteous. He suggested I sign up for the transportation even when I said I wasn't sure I'd need it to avoid any problems with a ride later on.
My ride back to the dealership arrived 15 minutes earlier than requested.
The woman who processed the payment was personable and went over the details of the oil change and fluid levels. She gave notice that my next service would be more costly and asked that I bring the car back in 6 months/30% oil life. I asked why 30% oil life and she said that's what the dealership recommends. I'm still unsure why the service department suggests changing the oil before time is due.
The administrative assistant Morina was extremely pleasant and lovely to deal with.
Overall it was a fine experience.
