Terrible Delivery pickup and workmanship of parts

We went to pickup our brand new 2014 Honda Pilot, as exciting as it was changed when our vehicle was covered with spots of undercoating and not cleaned properly! The 3M seals were not installed properly (I am aware this as not there doing but still). Then after we got this all cleaned up about 3 1/2 hours for pickup, which should not have taken that all we got our keys and left. The next I was installing car seats and a piece broke off the floor where the seats sit on the 2nd row, and about 2 weeks later I was back with the back cover of the 2nd row seat needing to be replaced (clips broke and they blamed my 5 year old for breaking it)! Everything was fixed but again things shouldn't be breaking that soon on a brand new vehicle.

Hi Rachel: Yes not the way your delivery should go, hate to hear that you weren't looked after on delivery! I would like you to see Merv if those clips break off again, and no it was not your five year that broke them. Your right about those clips, so if you have a chance and some are broken again, we will fix it whenever you call Merv, this should not be your problem. Delivery of a new vehicle is very important to us, so maybe we can do something for you going forward. Best Ron G.M.
