This was a very enjoyable experience, through out which I felt that my business was never taken for granted
I was at the dealership for a routine oil change. From before I even arrived, the service was great. I had to call to find out if it really was okay that I had driven 11,000 plus km a still had not had the service light come on, to changing my appointment time reality last minute to accommodate my child care. Once I arrived the people in the service bay were very prompt and friendly. The service customer lounge was a great place to pass the time, very clean and comfortable. Overall this was one of the best service centers I have ever been to!
