Customer Service has really declined in the past 6 months

I have been a loyal customer for over seven years and normally have good service. However, in November 2016, I had to bring my car in to the Bytek body shop for rust repair which is covered by the warranty. I started the process in the summer and it took months to get an appointment just to take photos, schedule the work, etc. It took them twice as long to fix the car as they had quoted me, and since they do not work on the weekend, I had to get a car rental for 9 days (when I was quoted maximum 5). They promised to pay for 3 of the extra days after I complained, but the rental company still charged me for the full amount. I have been going back and forth with them for four months, and each month they reassured me it was taken care of, but it never was. I eventually got fed up and called Enterprise directly and they credited me within days, no fuss, no hassle. To make matters worse, after only four months, the rust issues are back, so I will need to go through this awful process all over again. I also called the Service department to schedule another appointment 3 weeks ago and Called a number of times and could not reach a live person to speak to. I ended up leaving a message and they never returned my call. This past year, their customer service has really gone downhill. Assuming my warranty work is covered at all VW dealerships, I am planning on switching all my future appointments (body shop and service) to the Taylor Creek location.
