Horrible experience

So I made an appointment to have my air bag replaced and when I got there they didn't have the part. So we rescheduled and they said the would "detail" my truck when I brought it in next time to make up for there mistake. When I came to pick it up (the second time being there) I was looking forward to a clean truck. Sadly that was not the case, it looked like the wiped down the dash and gave the exterior a rinse. Not what I was hoping for to say the least. There's more I could get into but I'll leave it there.
