My experience
Overall my experience was pretty good. Randy is a really good salesmen, but I am disappointed in the fact that he still has yet to reply to my email about a big scratch on my passenger side window that I sent to him a week ago. There was a chip in my windshield that the guys some how missed, so they did replace that for me with no charge, but when I picked up my jeep after the repair, me and my boyfriend noticed a few large scratches on the passenger window. I asked Randy about it and he said it was just in the tint (there is no tint on my front windows). I emailed him again in regards to this and have yet to hear a reply. Other than that it was a fairly good experience, but would still like that window replaced or fixed, as it was not pointed out to me before the sale.
