Purchase went smoothly but follow-up after there was an issue was very disappointing.
Contacted salesman less than 24hours after picking up vehicle, after uncovering a nail in front tire. A tire being a critical component, and fear of driving around with a potential failure, and this being the wife's car, I wanted to get this addressed promptly. Was told we'd receive a call from the service department and never did. I took the vehicle elsewhere to get repaired. Might be miscommunication. Will give benefit of doubt. But it seems there's a lack of post sale attention. Thank you for your time.
