As your new truck was a Dealer Trade from another dealership; the 2nd key and owner's manual unfortunately got missed while it was being delivered to Georgian. We did locate another manual for you upon delivery, and your 2nd key is in the process of being re-programmed to your truck. Will you be available to stop in this week to do so? We apologize for the delay on your window shades as they're currently back ordered from the States. As soon as they arrive we will make the process as seamless as possible to install them.
