Bad Customer Service
I went in for an oil change. They were training a new person and the person doing the training was not very nice and was being a poor teacher. After I was seated the service person came out and asked if I wanted my air filter and oil filter replaced, I replied that I would do it myself, then she left. She came back out when it was finished and I paid and was surprised when my bill was over $100. She though I said to replace them and offered to remove them and put the old ones back in, I was in a hurry so I just paid and left. Also this is the second time she has done this.
