I have already submitted a comment via your website. Briefly, two things annoyed me: 1) Tire pressure was checked (thank you) but inflated to 40+ lbs. Recommended is 33 lbs. This is dangerous, and wastes my rubber due to uneven wear; 2) I was recommended to replace my engine oil dipstick because it is "all twisted". Not not only have I previously questioned this myself to your techs , and been told that was normal ("it is supposed to be twisted to navigate the winding dipstick path"), but I looked up the original MOPAR part and new dipsticks are indeed twisted. Not major items but it's the small things that makes one question the competency of a shop in the bigger things.
