This is by far the best customer service I have ever received from any dealership! I had my engine block crack on my 2007 Civic. Honda was giving me the runaround on the extended warranty of the block. This is a known issue with the 2006-2009 civic. Sherwood Honda worked diligently to ensure that this work would be covered under the warranty. Which saved me over $2000! Natalie in Service was excellent to deal with! Extremely helpful!
