2011 Honda Fit
On our last visit for service at Palladino Honda (not this one), we had a bad experience with a morning shuttle for work. My wife did answer the follow up survey, and explained what had happened. We did not hear back from you and our following services were done elsewhere. We have recently traded in our Honda Fit, so we can not give you any feedback on the recent service that you have done.... I am sorry, but I could not submit this message without rating it, so the 2 star rating reflects our last visit there
