Poor follow-up
On March 29, 2017 I submitted a "less-than-satisfactory" review to Jonker Honda because we had our CR-V serviced there, as we did exclusively since we bought it there in 2011, and two major items were missed during that service; our A/C did not work and two of our tires were separated. We had to make the repairs at a Honda dealership in Southern California. After I submitted the review I expected Jonker Honda to follow up with me, but that did not happen.
