Cracked Windshield
Your dealership has a poor practice of communicating liability for damages incurred during repairs. Our car was taken in for a passenger air bag recall. The dealership decided to wash the car (no consent or review of liability occurred). The windshield had a small crack which propogated through the entire windshield after the car wash. This crack has been present for several years with car washes performed successfully on other occasions with no degradation of the crack. When we called to inquire about this damage the receptionist informed us that "it just happens sometimes" and that there was nothing they could do and that they are not liable for damages. This was not acceptable to me.
I was very displeased with the service we received and will not return to your dealership, nor will I be recommending your dealership to any friends or family.
