customer service good be better
Needed to update GPS. Brought vehicle to Sherwood Honda and asked if they would do the update. Was told that the computer in salesman office was unable to handle the update. Was also told they didn't have a flash drive to put the info on. When I told them I have a flash drive the salesman checked with service department. They said I would have to book an appointment the next week as they needed a technician to install update to vehicles GPS. I am a senior with limited use of computers and would have had a hard time navigating the stairs between car and house computer which I told the salesman.. Also I had just bought the car a week before and thought Gps was up to date. It wasn't and eventually my son updated it, NOT a TECHNICIAN
