We got our car same day so the detailing wasn't completed and so we were told to bring it in and they would detail it when we needed the first oil change. We were told it would take a few hours and it should be done by 4pm. HOWEVER, when we went to drop it off to the Saturday appointment, they told us we couldn't have the car back until Monday because of the detailing. We needed the car that evening so we were very disappointed in hearing this.
