I found Payman to be very pleasant and helpful, I had originally intended to date this transaction at a 5. Unfortunately a couple details that Payman gave me turned out to be untrue and I am without the purchase I really wanted. First, I specifically asked what model of Santa Fe came with the installed sun blockers for the rear seats, I have a baby on the way and this was a MAJOR selling point to me. Payman said they all come with that feature, even the base model. To my surprise upon getting home, there are no sun blockers in my base model. Very disappointed, I would have bought a higher model. Second, the satellite radio did not come with a free trial as Payman had indicated during the test drive. This is minor, but accentuates how what was said during sales and what was delivered did not add up. I will not purchase another car from Dilawri and I will not positively recommend to anyone else.
