car detail

I have had my car detailed at Murrays around 10 years ago. It came out show room quality so naturally I thought that couldn't be beat and returned. HOwever, there was a white film on the black dash, some sort of spill that wasn't removed. The counsel is did not look like it was touched, crumbs ect. The carpets looked ok. The windows were not rolled down as there was still dog slobber at the top. The seats looked ok on the top but the sides had water stains. (beige) The doors had a black spotty look on the fabric The trunk was empty and I thought they would vacuum that as well but there was still debris. I was disappointed that a dealership was not able to make a car that was not that dirty (mostly water stains on seats and some coffee spills on council) look like show room quality. I was offered to make an appt to bring it back to have it looked at but I am extremely busy with teens (one graduating) and work shift work. Making it difficult at this time. Thanks, Corinna
