Repairs and maintenance
No matter what my needs are through the service centre, repairs, tune ups, I am always beyond satisfied. Not only is the job done well, I always feel cared for, respected and valued. I am greeted by name and even asked about how my daughter is. The personal touch is appreciated. I had an issue with the hood of my car that was under warranty, but the insurance company rejected the claim, until the service manager Sylvia took more pictures and resubmitted. The claim was then accepted. She didn't take no for an answer and I feel went over and above for this customer. The staff is warm, welcoming, professional and skilled. Thank you for taking care of me and my gorgeous, midlife crisis, hardtop convertible!
