Tire blew out. Car was towed in, I phoned to let service dept know. Service was completed in the day, so was prompt. No complaints about the service. Tire that was brand new, not so much. I personally do not believe that a tire should fail that dramatically with hardly any km on it. However, the service dept does not make the tires so no blame can be put there. We have not to date had any complaints about our Craig Dunn service.
