I always find the service advisors to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and I really don't have any complaints. The only thing I would change is that when a repair can't be done the same day (parts being ordered, etc.), it would be helpful if a loaner vehicle was offered. I live 50km+ outside of Kingston, so it is a challenge to get back and forth to work if I have to leave the vehicle at the dealer. It adds a lot of extra expense to an already extremely pricey service.
