Our goal was a pickup truck and the Sales representatives were accommodating and attentive without being pushy or distant. The negotiation process was professional and courteous. Specifics of additional warranty and rust protection were again not delivered in an uncomfortable process. THe delivery process included just the right amount of feature review.
