Hi Christine. Your input, and the feedback from all of our client’s is vitally important to us and we always want our customers expectations to be met. On behalf of the Dealership, we apologize for the confusion regarding the tint of your vehicle & for having to come back today to have the situation rectified. A loaner vehicle was arranged for you, to limit the inconvenience. We also apologize for our Receptionist's behaviour; while we do try our best to accommodate our staff so they can enjoy their lunch away from the desk, the business of a Friday of a long weekend did not warrant this.
