Poor service.

I bought the car for cash on Monday and picked it up on Friday. The windows were not tinted and Brad never told me I could have heated seats installed when I mentioned I was sorry the car didn't come with them . Tyler was busy when I picked up the car and didn't have time to go over car features. I also wanted a print out of the car features. Hope I get that. I came in knowing what I wanted and was a very easy customer. I was appalled on Friday to find the young lady at reception eating her Chinese food at the front desk, chewing away while trying to have a conversation. You must have a lunch toom. I know have to bring my car in on Wednesday for the work to be completed. My time is valuable to my and I feel it is not to Georgian.

On behalf of the Dealership, we apologize for the confusion regarding the tint of your vehicle & for having to come back today to have the situation rectified. A loaner vehicle was arranged for you, to limit the inconvenience. We also apologize for our Receptionist's behaviour; while we do try our best to accommodate our staff so they can enjoy their lunch away from the desk, the business of a Friday of a long weekend did not warrant this.
