Was disapointed with the first vehicle I came to see as it was a smokers truck :-( . But met with Rob at the front desk and moved on to another pickup. This was the one and when I ask about leaving a deposit so I could come back with my husband, I was told there was no need. So when we returned, we had the keys and went for a couple other test drives but returned to my choice. We were happy with the prompt sale and registration (though my plate portion of my trade in was forgotten with sales- so it was delivered to my home the next night) and the detailing of scratches, etc. was completed. We were ok with the price we got for my trade in, but would have been a little happier with another $1000.
