Chevrolet Camaro
Ladies and Gentleman
I had my Camaro at your Service department for a noisy Differential , in fact Crown and Pinion had to be changed out along with the stub shaft Bearings and the Pinion Shaft Seal, additional it was found by your Service department , that the A/C compressor had an Oil leak and is to be changed out .With all above work completed I picked up my car and left Moose Jaw for a business trip to Regina , during the drive I did not noticed a whining noise , but there was a slight metallic knocking noise at acceleration and deceleration coming from the rear axle , which got louder as soon as I arrived at my destination in Regina to describe, it was a metallic knock like something was loose at the rear Axle .I brought the car back the next day and again with the A/c system working at only 50 % max output as it should, I had to leave the Camaro at your Service advisor 's request ,due to it was found , that knocking noise was a loose control arm and in addition , there was an oil leak at the Differential , at this point I was told not to drive the Camaro any further and another Pinion seal was on rush order. Regarding the low A/C output I was told The service department will change the inline orifice and re vacuum refill the a/c System . this was last week Friday the following day this Camaro suppose to be the Wedding Car for a Bride and Groom in Winnipeg, needles to say , I had to cancle that engagement . What ever happen to do it right the first time , your company Murray Chevrolet in Moose Jaw like to uphold and maintain Customer Satisfaction. but Ladies and Gentleman it doesn't seem to be in my case. Today Wednesday 07.05 .2017 I called my service advisor in the morning , and I was told , yes Rudy I get back to you with all facts about your Camaro , guess what ,it is now Ii is 19:00 o'clock and I never had a return call from the service advisor . It's sad on how I as a Customer get treated and a rental Car is not a substitute for my Camaro convertible especially with the nice hot days we got right now. So ladies and gentleman, Customer satisfaction starts with YOU.
