fluid levels

The front staff are great and helpful but this is now the second time I have had the car serviced and within a week had to top up fluid levels myself. The first time was oil which is not serious - just annoying. However the second time was coolant. I nearly missed an serious appointment that had been booked for months while I tried to track down coolant at 7:30 am in Brockville before driving to Kingston. I can't just simply drop by and get Audi in Ottawa to fill it up. I live too far away and have too tight a schedule. This is not what you should expect your customers to do as a matter of course. The levels all should be checked before a vehicle leaves and if there is a concern of air bubbles the customer should be advised and provided with a container to top up. I do a lot of highway driving and need to rely on my vehicle to perform. I don't want to worry after each time I have it serviced.
