After taking my car to Mark Motors for regular service for 3 years, I ended up with a blown engine and no help

I felt that my business was not valued and Mark Motors is only interested in making profit off their customers. An A3 with <120,000km should not be worthless scrap after taking it for regular maintenance at the dealership.
