The car sells itself, but the salesperson Lana herself was top notch. Truly a professional. Friendly, informative, transparent and non pushy. Certainly a touch of class. Then the business office mgr. Natasha and the Delivery specialist Damian were equally top notch professionals, warm and approachable and informative. The people part from end to end was fantastic. And from our perspective, the pricing was incredible. Why would anybody buy an overpriced Honda when the Audi is nearly the same? ...hidden secret that ought to be shown perhaps. The car itself is fantastic in all respects. We had no "buyers regret" and really look forward to future interactions with Mark Motors staff.
