after 4 tries the issue is still not resolved
i have NO problem with your service staff and technicians.
what i do have a problem with is, somehow i have the feeling that they don't believe me when I'm telling them that the cooling in my glove box is not working.
they called me in to show me the car with the glove box taken out and the airflow from the AC unit, but as soon the glove box is back in place, there's no more air going into the glove box , therefor , no cooling.
i ask the shop-foreman to put a request to AUDI Canada to check out this matter since the is a re-designed Q7.
