no followup from sales manager

Title for the Q7 I bought was spelled wrong.Called and left a simple massage to the sale manager to check if the copy of bill of sale has same issue. NO feed back what so ever. Experience at service is excellent since many years, but sales you feel you are at a different dealership. And I am saying this from long experience with Marks motors. I have been a customer for over 10 years now,my third Q7 and sales always manage to disappoint me.I really write reviews but felt compelled to vent some steam. still issue of title not solved simply
