The communication between staff themselves and with me was horrible

Starting from Wednesday between the mechanics to the front desk and the order information, they kept relaying incorrect and incomplete information. I tried to contact the front desk before the appointment Wednesday at 9. Left message never returned my call. Finally drove there with a borrowed vehicle to communicate with someone. And they said herd my message but to busy to return my call. That made my work start late. I was told the ignition job was 2 hours they called me over 4 hours later there was a broken part needed. What was said to be the next day delivery from Toronto was a 2 day delivery from I believe Vancouver. I left paying over 600 dollars with a vehicle still needing over 1500 dollars in repair. They said he didn't know to tell me or relay any information i was still picked up. having to be towed not able to start or drive and having to find my own way home as it was not offered. I left very upset. And do not plan on return.
