Buyer Beware
Cars are usually nice but the extra warranty they sell you is a rip off, when it comes down to the crunch, very little is covered. And to make things worse there was a warning from the manufacturer about a bad part on my tundra and Toyota extended the warranty but of course I wasn't told until it was too late, full disclosure would have been nice, I may have had second thoughts on purchasing the vehicle, luckily I had the extended warranty, oh wait, it was useless.

Hello Jon, If it is possible for you to contact our Service Department to discuss the issue you have experienced ,we would appreciate this as we have no record of such a complaint.

Buyer Beware
Good company to deal with but stay away from the extended warranty they will try to sell you. The first time I tried to claim for a Mechanical Breakdown, ie: The air injection valves, I was told it was not covered. Very disappointed to say the least
