Terrible Customer Service

Was not provided copy of agreement and then they kept most of my deposit to pay for a navigation system that was to be included in final price. I contacted the general manager over dissatisfaction and after replying to his response I heard nothing further-almost 2 months ago! Needless to say I would not recommend This dealership to anyone unless they want to have additional costs added by the sales person which are not part of the agreement.
