Poor customer service. No attention to detail
I honestly think it comes down to the place being too busy.
My appointment times either ran late or seemed forgotten about. As a result my car wasn't ready when I came to pick it up. They didn't order the right navigation system so I had to come back and get installed. Phone calls didn't get returned as well.
I have a manual for a 2014 when I bought a 2015.
I have a question about my navigation and I don't even know who to contact about it.
My service experience was excellent, but I feel negative and frustrated when I think about that place and would prefer to never go there again.
